Melania Mirzakhanian, Esq. is a senior associate attorney in the Transactions Team at G10 Law. She has over ten years of legal experience in civil matters, general business, employment law, and real estate matters as a private practice attorney. Additionally, as a Real Estate Broker for over twenty years Ms. Mirzakhanian has vast practice-oriented experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, property management and lending. She is also considered an effective expert witness in real estate litigation involving issues about valuation, standard of care, disclosures, licensee duties, and mortgage lending.
Ms. Mirzakhanian is a member of the California State Bar. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law with undergraduate studies at California State University of Los Angeles. She was named Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist in 2019 by the Residential Real Estate Council – a designation earned by only 3% of real estate professionals nationwide. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University.
